Shipping Charges

  • We offer FREE shipping all over India. (No minimum purchase required)
  • Extra shipping charges apply for International Orders.

Delivery Time

Expect delivery within 5-7 business days.

Delays in Delivery

  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions and strikes from our courier partners.
  • We'll keep you informed of any delays.

Refunds and Returns

  • No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be entertained due to delivery delays.
  • We may deliver shipments in parts. If you choose to cancel, only the unshipped part can be canceled (not valid for all cases).

Address Information

  • Any changes to your address must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Shipping to multiple addresses requires separate orders.
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid penalties. You'll be responsible for any such penalties or fees.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

Billing vs Shipping Address

The billing address receives bills, while the shipping address is where you want to receive the shipment.

Product Availability

  • We strive to ensure listed merchandise is in stock and prices are correct.
  • If a product is unavailable, we'll inform you within 5 working days.

Cancellations

  • Order changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

Lost in Transit

  • Parcels are fully insured. If not delivered, you won't suffer any loss.
  • We're not responsible for lost/stolen packages after being left at the customer's address.

Lost Shipment Resolution

  • If a shipment is lost, we'll wait for 15 days and process the order again.
  • If a replacement isn't available, we'll initiate a refund or offer an alternative product.
