If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it's shipped. You can contact us at +91 9373145155 or email us at arunimaweaves@gmail.com to cancel your order. If you cancel before shipment, we'll refund you the full amount.

Return Policy (For orders shipped within India)

1. If you receive a product in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged, please don't accept it. Instead, return it to the delivery person and email us at arunimaweaves@gmail.com with your Order ID.
2. We'll make sure to replace it with a brand new one at no extra cost.
3. If you're unhappy with the product, you can request a return within 2 days of receiving it. Email us at arunimaweaves@gmail.com with an unpacking video. If approved, we'll arrange for a pickup (reverse pickup may not be available in some areas; in that case, you'll need to send it back to us).
4. We offer two options for returns: store credit or bank refund. Store credit will be issued once we receive the product back. For bank refund, we deduct Rs. 200 per product for shipping and restocking charges. Please provide your bank details along with your return request.
5. Return requests must be made through email only. Returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original packaging.
6. Remember to get a receipt when returning the product. Refunds will be processed within 4-7 days after receiving the product at our Nashik warehouse.
7. Customized orders and items purchased on EMI are not eligible for return.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below Rs. 5,000 within India.
9. It typically takes 2-3 working days to dispatch your product.

Exchange Policy (For orders shipped within India)

1. If you're not satisfied with the product, you can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving it. Email us at arunimaweaves@gmail.com with an unpacking video. If approved, we'll arrange for a pickup.
2. Exchange products will be sent prepaid only; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange products.

Shipping Policy (For International Orders - USA, UK, Canada, etc)

1. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
2. International shipping rates vary by country and product weight. You'll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
3. Estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 working days.
4. Customers are responsible for custom and import duties, payable within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
5. Shipping timelines may be affected due to current situations.

Return Policy (For International Orders - USA, UK, Canada, etc)

1. If you wish to cancel the order, please do so before it's shipped.
2. If you receive a product you don't like, you can return it within 2 days. Email us the courier receipt with the Order Number at arunimaweaves@gmail.com.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
4. Refunds will be made only for the products, with a 5% deduction for PayPal transactions.
5. Refunds will be processed as refunds or store credit, minus shipping charges.

How do I return?
Visit our returns center, enter your order number and email address, follow the instructions, and select the items you want to return. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are non-refundable?
Used products or returns generated after 2 days of receiving the product.
